Looking at replacing the above window. It is about 11 and 5/8 x 15 and 5/8. No name on window. It is from a 1992 built home. Like to replace window and not complete casing etc. Other side of window is not slider.

Need replacement channel balance. Not sure which one to order. Can you help. Hope pics help. Thanks. Kate

Am trying to locate the manufacturer of this Champion window sash lock. I have attached a photo but cannot tell if it uploaded.

Replace broken metal cllps to storm window on storm door with one i brought from your company. Need to replace plastic unknown items pictured above. Our sliding door handle broke off. This is a picture of the inside handle and thumb latch. The handle is 3 5/16. Door thickness is 1.5 inches. I've purchased 2 different handles but neither did the trick. We also need a new mortise lock. The exterior handle needs to have a lock on it. Looking for an ... (cont.)

Vertical casement window, bottom slider piece that connects to the bottom of the window and pivots the window by sliding in the slider bracket.

We seem to have a non-standard extended channel balance made by BSI. It has an extra roller in the bottom plastic shoe. Can we replace this balance with a more standard off the shelf balance?...realize the window may not open as far as with the non extended balance, but that would be ok as long it ... (cont.)
