Hello, I have a balance that has broken for my window sash that I need to replace. I cannot identify a tip color for certain. I believe I have found the proper balances on your site though they are different than those currently in the window. How would I determine the proper length to order as these are much different. They are in Prism double hung windows with tilt sashes.ThankKen

Attached is a picture of the window latch on my Larson storm door. The other latch has cracked and the tip does not slide out of the door channel when you pull the latch in. The bore screw no longer stays screwed into the ROTO casement operator.  I think it's the ROTO casement operator threads that are stripped, but I'm not sure about that. These are a 1/2 inch thick. The wheel is approximately one and an eight inches. It is one inch wide.

This is kerf-type weather stripping for wooden casement windows, basically Andersen knock-offs with no brand name on them. It is foam filled, with cross section about 1 inch X 5/8 inch. Need a part number, thanks.
