How do I identify roller replacement parts?

Length of channel: 15"; width: 1/2" (9/16), Stamp: 1430 BSI PV

Missing the triangular latch tip in photos.

We have older windows from Comfort Window where the sash lock/guide is broken. So now when the window is open it falls because the tabs that ride the rail up and down have broken off. Thank you Jerry

I have Patriot Windows used in a new Ryan Homes built home from 1999. I bought Pivot Shoe 15-046 for these but do not understand how to get the old one out and out the new one in. Our internally mounted Milgard window screens keep falling out because the tiny silver spring clips are broken. Any advice on where to get them? Milgard has been no help. Thank you!

I can't find any replacement locking sets with the exterior type lock seen in the attached photos. The stock set is non-keyed and only has an interior switch for locking (would prefer a similar replacement). The mounting screws are approx 4 inches on center apart
