Sash balance strings have snapped. House is 1983 so windows manufactured before then.Glass width 36 3/8 height 22 8 light mullions. Do you have sash balances for these windows?

The lock panel pictured has lost the little slider key from the interior plate. The mortise lock a BBC d exterior key plate are fine. The plate with the lock key is 11.75" tall by 1.5" wide. Unclear what type of door it is but it's supposedly fairly new and reeks "Fleetwood" to me - except I can ... (cont.)

plate is 7 inches long , 1 inch wide with a key lock on the inside and out. PADO is on the inside and outside plates. PADO and LATAO is on the center plate ( lock ). The Larson door is 1 1/2 inches deep. The handles are flat.

Hi I am not sure if you can Identify this one but this is the information I have. Please let me know if you nee anything else. Thank you the windows are the same size, 32.5 inch wide and 30 inch tall. Please see attached photos. The balancer part number is 2830 CJ-XR.

3 1/4" high. 13 3/4" long. The wheels broke off and any replacement ones i pick up are not heavy enough. Can i buy these replacement parts with the wheels on. Or buy the original wheels?
