Hello, I am trying to find the key and new lock that will fit in this door as I want to replace it. Can you please help me in identifying the part number?

Metal channel = 31 9/16 in, stamp shows 31 9 BSI RF, The window is milgard, unknown mfg date, I will ultimately need 4 balances to replace them all, but currently only one slips out of the window and becomes jammed. I have block and tackle balances stamped with "BSI" and 32HT on the top sash, and 32HB on the bottom sash. i can always get more pictures but this is all i have for now. can you help me figure out if these can be replaced with one of your products?

I believe this door is a weathervane horizontal slider window. The track that the screen door slides on got a chunk broken out of it. Is it possible to replace just the track?

This cranking mechanism is busted. The window size is 36" wide x 56" tall. Any ideas? Thanks, Ed

There were little plastic pieces kind of in an H shape that kept the screen in place on the bottom. They broke fairly easily so need enough for 30 windows so would be 60 as there are 2 per window.
