Looking for replacement lock set for sliding door

Hi, I'm looking to replace this part. It does not open the window without a little push with the hand. It will open and close partially after manually pushed. Thanks.

Hi, We have a double-hung window that is falling as soon as you unlock the locks. My friend spoke with someone at Swsico and they said we need to replace the balance and/or the shoe on the upper sash. Looks like something broke at the top and fell to the bottom. The only markings are Pat 5109647. I don't know the window manifacturer--the inside of the window-the silver part-is J29504x43C4M.

The black plastic piece on part number 40017 (see photo) broke and fell out. The window opens off kilter. I have vinyl windows in a 1997 era Ryan Homes house which are the Liberty series from Patriot manufacturing in NJ. Several pivot locks are broken apart and need replacement. I have a casement window that has the lower latch rusted out. Not sure what parts I should be ordering.

I am not sure this bottom seal (3/8" long) can be replaced. They are inadequate anyway in my opinion which is why I had to add that gray foam strip on this window in the kitchen. I would even be happy with a bubble foam filled weather strip that glued and or screwed on the bottom of the window. The ... (cont.)

Hello, I have 5 windows (15+ old) that won't stay up when opened. One window the channel balance part fell out so I was able to capture the attached photos. The part is 33". I pray you can help. Thank you Anna
