Hello, attached are pictures of the pivot shoes in Lockheed Monarch double hung tilt out window #5701 which have failed. In addition one of the top windows falls out the frame. A balance issue? Also ,I live in Cheshire CT is there anyone in my area who could do the repairs?Thanks need some advice ... (cont.)

Back says Woodbine Ind Ltd. 23/13 Japan They measure about 1 inch by 7 1/4 in on the outside. Inside measurement is under 7 Inches.

Hi, I'm looking for a new keyed handle for this mobile home sliding door. It needs to be able to latch with a key.

Im looking for a pair of those window locks that let you swing window out for cleaning and one of those metal pegs that go in the balance.

We have 2 windows that can't be opened. Can you give me any guidance as to how to open them so we can get the channel balance out of the way, take the window out and replace the channel balance? I am replacing both balances in my bathroom window. they both have the same identifiers on them. I believe I need 24-637 but it didn't say it was a double sash, which my window is, so I wanted to check. you have to zoom in on the picture to see the numbers but it does read C39 6#23 12-86 ... Pella storm door model 3570. Looking to replace the whole door hardware. It's lockable. The whole hardware is loose.

Casement window with K&K on the cover. Back right if the gearbox appears to be stamped with 40572 or 40672. Right side hinge, left side lock. Worm gear and engaging helical gear are skipping. I'd like to purchase a new gearbox and a new handle please.

The pivot shoe has broke in several pieces on both sides of the window.I will need two springs or two pivot shoes. I have removed both from the window.numbers stamped in are 26C DD% CMC 45Just looked at the windows in more detail. The window brand is Jeld-Wen.Please help.

First of all, do you own the KK brand? If so, can you replace the plastic track pieces circled? One is broken such that cord can't attach. They are all too tight though and I wonder how that might happen and how I could fix it. Thanks!

I broken my window. It says on the pivot lock shoe that it is 11 R. I was hoping to find the actual size needed to replace the pivot bar to fix my window.

Hi there. I need to special order 2 balances for my 20 lb window. Attached are the photos of the current 32" balances with the pulley built into the foot.
