I believe it comes from a Milgard non-tilting double-pane window.The stamp on the balance says "26 4 HV CMC 7".The length of the metal balance body excluding the plastic fittings is 27 inches.Regards,--Ivan

I am in need of all replacement parts for this Atrium window. The left hinge has totally rusted out and the seal on right side is cacked and broken. Only info I have on this window is the label pictured here. Any and all help finding parts is greatly appreciated.

Every door seal I see has a gap between the kerfs of at least .82 inches. My door requires a kerf gap of .50 inches. Do you have something like this?

House foundation made a high spot in middle of bottom track so homeowner greased the track with a full tub of wheel bearing grease. How to remove and also to install Nylon Sliding latches. The length is ~3.5 inches and the width as shown in the figure is ~1/2 inch. Please let me know what would be the right part number and where to buy it. Appreciate any videos in removing and installing these latches

Have 2 inward opening French doors whose sweeps are worn out. Need to replace but could not locate any names of the mfr on the inside glass or on the hardware. I am in need of replacement sash locks for these horizontal sliding windows. The lock itself seems to have a R/L and the catch has number 9134. The other part of the lock has the numbers 92 58.
