I have multiple SGD570 Vinyl SGD Series 570 White; Position 39 sliding doors. I need to replace the locking mechanisms and handles for my sliding glass doors. The locks keep breaking off. Please let me know how I can order them. Laura Fischer fischer.cayman@gmail.com

Are you able to identify this door roller, I can not figure out how to remove it to get better pictures. It appears to only be attached at the end opposite the roller wheel. Your help is greatly appreciated, Bruce

Hi, now i need a door handle. the one you show looks similar but with the lock lever upside down. i don't know if it matters, but the screw holes are 6 5/8" center to center

We purchased our doors in 1994, from Wilmes windows. The night locks are beginning to disintegrate and we need to replace 12. I believe the narrow locks are the correct ones. Do you carry these in white? Can I get 12? They are 1/4 " wide. Please advise. Thank youAndrea

Slide lock for non-handled door. Part is 6" long and 3/4" wide. It attaches to both the top and bottom corner of the latch edge of the door. Rod slides to lock the non-handled door in place. Part is morticed into the edge of the door.

We have a problem with salt corrosion on storm window latches. Does anyone know of a product that protects the window latch from corrosion and will lubricate the latches. WD40 is not an option as it does not inhibit salt corrosion

The crank and slides on several window hav totally rusted out. The enclosed are still in tack but are rusting. Cannot find manufacturer name. Can you tell what I need buy the pictures?

Terratone vinyl frame at bottom of window is broken. Are these still available?

This is the broken latch (left side), broken - it will not stay in its grove, so underside likely has broken something. Email belongs to my wife (Ruth), I am David. Should probably get both L and R latches.
