Coil springs are broken and pivot shoe as well. I need the counter balance for both sides of the bottom sash. The pivot shoe is 9/16 thick and 1 1/4" wide. There were 2 coil springs on each side

I believe I have a series 60G channel balance by BSI. It measures 25 5/8" length, 9/16" width and 5/8 inch channel depth (1/2 channel). This is for a non tilt window. Looks like the door frame is welded together and the wheels are mounted with one screw up inside the door. There is only an adjustment screw on the sides. No other holes. How do we get the old wheels off?

The label of the window: DH-C40/DH-C45. I need all the parts. for both sides.

How long are the screws that are typically used to mount the operator? I ill have to get in there with a ratcheting 90 degree screwdriver, as the gap where the screws are is not very tall. is there a video specific to awning operators? the site will not let me add a photo of what I have. ... Hi, in heavy rain the locks on our milgard casement windows leak via the open space in the lock design. I have 6 Thermastar double hung windows that are getting hard to open. I believe the problem is in the little rollers inside the balance which are frozen. Silicone lube doesn't help them.
