Hey there! Man it has been a nightmare trying to get replacement springs. There are three windows. Two of the windows have 20" springs and the other window has 26" springs. So i need a total of four of the 20" springs and two of the 26" ones. I could not locate any branding on the windows unfortunat ... (cont.)

The arm says truth, and the bottom of the main part says the number 45301, the word truth, and patent # US 4505601, canada # 1986

Hello, The plastic piece that the hinge snaps into broke. The metal track and the arm and the track are ok. I just need a way for the hinge to snap back into the track. Pictures are attached.

Hello! I am replacing my spiral springs (3/8"×31") and there are no colored tips on mine. The sash weight is 20 lbs. Should I get red tips or bump up to green? Will a heavier spring capacity improve performance?

There are rubber/plastic rings inside of window lock that got broken - see attached pictures. Where can I order these rings?

This plate holds the upper end of the coil spring connected to the lower window shoe Raising and lowering the bottom portion of the window I need a set for both sides of that window!!!
