I talked with Cascade and they can't help with replacement parts. The sticker you see is from a slider window purchased with this and other windows. Looking for the Lawson opening handle

Our slider is stuck in the closed position. Something has shifted inside the locking mechanism that is preventing the door from being unlocked, but the lock lever can be moved up and down, but the door won't open. Any solutions to this problem?
