Hi, I just received my 4-pack of S-140-26 coil balancers. They almost perfectly replace the old balancers I'm replacing them with (came uncoiled). I'm unable to figure out how to pull the shoe apart from the coil assembly, nor can I rotate the shoe cam to allow it to glide freely within the channel. ... (cont.)

I took out and cleaned rollers. it measures .675 wide, metal cage is about 1.30 high, 3.12 long sliding door is generic, builder grade, no name on it. house built 2003. thanks for the help, TK

Hello This retainer came off suddenly as we opened this window. The 3 screws on the vinyl got stripped. We tried to use different sizes screws and nothing holds. We are asking for help. A solution that can withstand the mechanism force it will sustain as we open and close this window. We are puzzled ... (cont.)

WHat are the dimensions of this part? My latch is about ~2 5/8" long and 5/8 inch wide, I live in a manufactured home. Do you have a replacement for these? Thanks Rich

This window was installed approximately 21 years ago (2002) in tract homes built by KB Homes. The balancer is approximately 14 7/8" to 15" long. The sides are approximately 9/16" wide.

Channel balance is 28" long. Need a replacement.
