A new handle set you have is 8.5" in hight. the one on my door is 9.5". the screw holes are the same at 3 15/16". does that matter and will the smaller one you have work.

I have brokern window balance parts and I can't seem to locate a name or a part number. This is from one side of the window. The both sdes are the same.

I have a broken balancer shoe on the bottom pane of double tilt windows. It's a coil type balancer like shown in the video. Good Afternoon, I ordered 15-087, 15-086, 16-024, 26-089, and S180 Coils with 33-072 Screw. Are there full installation instructions on how to get both Coils and parts in the jamb? Is ther a trick to getting both Coils on the Bracket? Thank you very much!

Double coil lock shoe which is in need of replacement. It appears to be 1 1/4" wide, 1 3/8" high, and has a width of 1/2". This is a part that is screwed into the top of a metal frame with gasket insulated window. The balance is a channel balance. If you need any more information please let me know.
