Could you recommend a replacement for the corner piece in the attached photos?

I am attempting to identify and purchase replacement coils. The white plastic housing for the coil shows 6 R I do not know if that means anything. Please assist me in identifying the correct coil for my window. Thank you in advance.

I think I need two (left and right) SWISCO Series 170 Coiled Balance Spring measures 3/4" wide and has a short tongue. Hello, Need some help pinning down the correct balance for a Kinro window. Part stamp is included in the one of the pictures. Overall length including the plastic footers that are pinned in place is 28". Thanks in advance!

The spiral spring Balancer in our single hung Hurd window broke, I would like the part number, where to purchase it, and instructions on how to replace it. The entire window height is approx. 58", the lower window is approx. 29". The house was built in 1998.

Needing to replace this part and cannot locate one

looking for a specific strike or latch plate for a slider. this type has a point that presses a button on the latch(part in door) if it doesn't engage the button the latch wont operate. Any help would be greatly appreciated
