Hello - I am looking to replace both tilt latches on my window. I have 8x right open casement windows and 9 left open casement windows. The roto parts are corroded due to the salt water environment and I am looking to replace the associated parts. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I can open the window, but when i try to close, the handle does not engage with the gear, i cant close. I am not sure if i need to change the whole operator or a part within the operator. I dont know how to open the case for the operator.

We are not sure of the manufacturer of the door, but it is a PPG Herculite glass. We need to replace the rollers and have enclosed photos. any suggestions would be appreciated.

They measure 2 3/4 x 1 7/8 with 3/8 wide roller. All else being same but does not have the side wings. Thanks for all help

I believe the window brand is a Paladdine or NVR (new house window from Ryan Homes in development in South Carolina (Dominion Bridge - Fort Mill)The metal clip is broken on both sides of the narrow metal spring activated slide.I hope you can identify the part I need so I can order them.
