Greetings, I'm looking for a pair of these hinge rods. The other half somehow managed to break both of them and jammed the window, finally managed to get it out and apart. These are Polaris double hung windows made in 2006.

Trying to identify the make/model of this window tilt latch. It doesn't appear to have any discernible part number on it.

Coil spring broken- need replacement. SA 407 is stamped on coil.

Our windows are manufactured by Simonton Norandex Inc. This part broke when cleaning my windows and I'm not sure what to replace it with. No markings found Can send photos
