Stamped on the assembly is "Truth" / Pat no. 4,840,075/ Made in USA. Also on one cogwheel is the number 3136 although I am not sure of the last digit. The house was built in 1996. Thank you for your help

I cannot identify the Shoe in these pictures. It is 1/2" deep x 1 1/4 wide X 1 1/4 tall. You have one that is close but only 1" tall.

This part is attached to the window sash, one on top, one on bottom. The black piece slides into a track which is attached to the window frame. Do you have a replacement roller similar to your part number 81-085 but with a steel wheel? The dimensions are the same except for the wheel.

Hi, One of my windows and lost the bottom white strip exposing the black rubber. The company that made these double hung window is polybau. I have included picture of another window that has this white bottom strip. What are these called and where do I order it from

Greetings, we have several casement windows as shown. The hinges have failed on one and need to be replaced. We also need screws as the old ones are badly rusted. We prefer stainless steel parts if available.
