Window glide. 15/16 wide. 1/2 deep. 1.5" tall.

Hello, I am looking for a complete replacement for the handle and I am not sure which mortise lock would work. I am looking for the handle with exterior key lock replacement. Thank you !

the part has A-S and below that is the numbers 7873 stamped on the sides the wheel is 1 and 1/4 inches it measures 2 5/8" x 1 3/8" and is 3/4" wide

The actual length of the metal channel is 13 5/16", it is stamped with 13 3, also CJ VL B81

The spring on our Emco storm door broke recently, and I'm hoping to simply replace the spring rather than the entire handle set. I've attached a picture of the spring I'm looking to replace. Looking for casement hinge and window bar/slider. Windows are Milgard casements. Arm on hinge reads 40986. Have given lengths in photo.
