The door handle mounting holes are 3 and 15/16 in. The holes for the mechanical insert on the door is 11 in. The mounting holes for the plate on the door wall is 10 inches. Hope that is enough information to identify the parts needed.

I need replacement pivot shoes for American Craftsman vinyl windows purchased in August 2011.

I need a replacement lock for an Andersen double hung series 200 window in white. The part of the lock that connects to the keeper is broken off, so the window cannot be locked. Thank you.

I think this is an old Anderson wood awning window. One of the "keepers " won't maintain grip on the pin on the end of the arm. Looking for this part before I cut off the pin, drill a hole and stick a bolt in it. Thanks, Jim

I thought your 15-177 shoe looked like the closest match to my pivot lock shoe, but it's not thick enough. My shoe is 13/16" thick, but the 15-177 is only 9/16. How do I make up that quarter inch?

This latch is for an Ellison Window (tilt). The latch is 3 1/2" long x ~1 " wide. The screw centerline is 2". Can you match that for me? I am going to need several of them. Thank you, Brian
