I bought the swisco 82-262 as it matches up with my doors dimensions. However a few problems. One, it has a pin sticking out of the lock latch that won?t let it go through the lock latch hole. 2, it has a spring included but the directions are not clear at all as to how to install that ... (cont.)

Hello - I believe these are a 1989 Marvin. We are hoping to change the hardware color to black or bronze. Also the old plastic weather stripping is brittle and failing. It looks like this is in a channel so I am hoping this may be able to be replaced as well. Thank you! ~Andy

I was hoping you would be able to help me identify the part number/code on your website for Milgard window balancer. Attached are photos of the current balancer to help identify the part. These are the left and right sides of the tops of the double hung windows. They keep the window attached to the sill, allowing it to slide up and down, but retract when tilting the window in for cleaning. Please help with the identification so I may order 4 of each piece. Thanks! ... (cont.)

Some of the windows around our new home are missing the lock handle shown in these photos. The casement windows are Jeld-Wen. Can you identify the lock handle so I can replace them, or if you can't find this exact part, another alternative I can use?

I did not know what this latch is called, so I could not find it on your site. The window that this attachs to swings out. When the window is closed, it latches and locks the window.
