Hi, Trying to find out where I can get this cover? Thanks for all the help so far.

I am looking for replacement Pivot Lock Shoes as one is completely broken, Coil balance and coil support. Can you identify, based on my photos, what replacement part numbers I need? I think I need 15-111 Pivot Lock Shoe. Mine is 1" tall, 1 1/2" wide and @ 1/2" deep. (See attached photo) I think ... (cont.)

I need help in ordering several of these

Client needs outside pull to match inside as she has great difficulty getting a hold of the small outside pull. The current handles are on 4" centers, outside pull handle is the female for the bolts passing thru interior latching handle.

The metal itself measures 30in. Label of 29 2 AW CMC 7.

I believe this is a Truth Hardware brand sash lock, 2 1/16" between screen hole centers, 3/8" screw hole center to locking edge, 1/4" height from mounting surface to top of screw hole deck. 1 1/2" keeper. hi, I have this window and it was in pieces. The sash and channel balances were out. They seem to be functioning. I got a channel balance and end pieces, but when I push down on the window, the bottom end piece, which is slanted, is just wedged against the side of the frame and the window pushes down past it. Hi, I need to replace several Left hand and right hand orientated True window cranks. There is a part number stamped on one of the arms - 20544. Would be grateful to know whether you sell a replacement mechanism as I have several which are non-functional. Thanks.

I need to replace this Truth window casement operator bearing stamp 8D701. However the current part numbers don't correlate. I would like to know what the current part number is that corresponds to this old stamp number.

Need 4 tie rods and 3 locks. No markings on these but operators say Truth. Don't know who the window manufacturer was.
