Hi!I have an old house (circa 1930) and am working to replace the channel balances on a window When I took the bottom sash out, I found a single, old spiral balance on one side. It's 31" long and seems to be about 7/16" wide. I assume I should replace this old one with two new ones? Is it important ... (cont.)

I have Milgard windows. I have 2 window channel balances that are broken. One is 33 inches long and stamped 32-4. It is 5/8 depth and 1/2 inch width. It has winged upper and lower parts. The other one is marked 26-5. It is 5/8 depth and 1/2 wide. It has a lower winged and I suspect upper winge ... (cont.)

From the attached photos can you help me identify the internal latch that I would need to replace the one that is broken. If we can find the right part I am interested in getting 10 of the latches

Need plastic pins for window screens that hold screen in place

Parts are marked 3030, 31" length, seem to measure 5/8" wide.

The white plastic part that slides in the floor guide track has broken, and requires replacement. Where can I find the replacement part! Thanks.

Can't find brand name on slider or doors. These get installed at bottom of door where standard wheel based sliders would go. Instead of wheels, they have white cylindrical bearings. Asked several places and noone has seen one like these. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

I have one of your sliding doors (ALI-ADW-8) and I need to replace the sliding screen, but I cannot remove it from the frame. I have tried lifting it up to clear the bottom, but it will not lift high enough to clear the frame I have tried pushing it down, same problem. Can you help? I am sending a ... (cont.)
