I did not know what this latch is called, so I could not find it on your site. The window that this attachs to swings out. When the window is closed, it latches and locks the window. I need a pair of 1/2" "11 2" balancers and a pair of 1/2" "19 3" balancers for non-tilt Milgard windows.

My home was built in 1989 and I have original windows. I've got a couple of busted windows that no longer stay propped up. Seems like the springs and pulley system isn't working. Al clad wood Kolbe window from 2009. In vinyl sash liner. Can not ID the balance setup at all on this, weird shoe and no idea what type of balance it connects with. Also can not match the tilt stud, the new one in the pic is 25-402, close, but not really ... help?

I do not see any part numbers on any of these parts. We are needing replacement hardware to repair tis window.

Screw holes are 6 1/2" on center. Cannot find match on your website.

I am unable to determine the manufacture of my window, block and tackle channel is broken, not sure what to order for parts.The channel is 24" long and 1/2" wide raised center bevel. This a 36x24 double hung, single sash weighing 25lbs.Thank you Stephen

I have a broken double coil support that looks very much like your #15-150D except that the top is curved and it is 3-3/16" long (yours is 2-9/16" long. I'm told that my window is a Simonton. Is there a way to tell difinitivly what brand it is.

Hi, I need help with finding / purchasing replacement parts for an unknown brand "Garden Window". The casement track connectors are broken. Looking for replacement latches

The channel the coil balance shoe slides in is 5/8" deep by 1 3/8" wide. I think all the coiled springs are ok by I do need the coil balance shoes.
