Having trouble finding this part.

The spindle that the window crank handle attaches to appears to be slipping inside the gear assembly. The number on that assembly is 9970A-3A. We do not know the window brand. Do you have a replacement for this crank assembly? Thanks, Jim

Hi, looking for replacement parts for my Pella casement window. Size 33 by 33 inches. The part I need would be the sliding mechanism on the right side. Hi, 2014 Monarch-now Windsor windows, double hung vinyl window, need to replace the T- pivot. 3" long, 9/32" or 5/16" thick and 3/8" wide. Two holes, 1st hole at 1-1/2" from top. 2nd hole at 2-3/8" from top. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Jonathan

The bathroom window won't stay up and this guide is no longer connected. on the back of the part are the numbers: 13 3 GK CALDWELL. Note that one end seems to have the plastic broken.
