I can't find this part listed anywhere (including your extensive web site). It's a small part, but critical to the sash being operable.

Hi, We have casement windows with split arm operator surface mount "interlock world pats (sic) P1090 AY" with the right side swing out hardware that likely needs to be replaced. Do you have this part or anything compatible? Thank you in advance for your help. -Brooke

Trying to find the proper replacement for the balancers. The original ones I removed have a couple different identifying numbers sets stamped into them. The first set I found was 11600-17. I am looking for an Amsco patio screen roller. They are off of a studio series patio door. According to Amsco, they no longer carry them.
