I need to get parts for a Vinyl Sliding patio door installed in 1996, but I don't know who manufactured it. (vinyl windows of the house were made by Alcoa) Can you help identify it?

Hello. It looks like my balancers have an issue with the spring and I have to replace them. Attached are the two balancers that I brought from the window. They are both marked with 14 3, with one saying BK5 CMC 50 and the other saying 14 3 GR Caldwel. Thank you.

measured length: 30", width: 1/2", and marking code: 29 3 FW CMC 4

My screen door is in working order other than on of the lower roller wheels . I was hoping you could send me a replacement wheel. If you have a replacement than I would like to order it. Thanks, Ronald
