a customer has a window that won't stay up all the way but sags down. The balance she has in the channel is not like any on your site. What do you need from me to order the part? Interestingly, the springs are intact and not broken so I'm not sure what is wrong.

Thin base window crank

I need a replacement crank operator system. I cannot find the same exact part due to it being very old. I'm guessing. What is the best alternative part for the replacement?
