my casement bay window needs a new arm crank. The current one installed on the windows says Truth and is stamped 40986Is this part still available? if not, can you suggest one compatible for this one?

Hi . I have some kinco windows that have seen some better days. The plastic clip that holds balance rod in place is broke on many windows and same with a few clips on balances them selves the metal rod is 30" and 1/2" wide. Could you identify a replacement? Its dimensions are 2 7/8” x 5/16” x 3/16” and the distance between the holes is 1”. The photos show the installation at the bottom of the window. As you can see it is broken on one side. Thanking you in advance.
