Looking to replace these window latches and handles to slide window open. Thermal Gard told me these are older than 1992 and to check with y'all.

Hoping you identify this coil balance. One coil is 5 and theother is 6. I would need 10 sets.

pat 5353548?i had two differant "handy men" here to try to fix these windows both were clueless. one cut the pieces out and it and it very heavy to open and wont stay shut. without locking it and now the locks are about to break.3 set of windows are needed to be fixed,thank you, marianne ... The spring broke and need to replace. They go on the side of a double hung window.

I can't find the brand of this balancer.

I have struggled to replace this. The roller is 1 1/8 inches. I can only find 1 1/4 rollers. Neither side is in good shape would like to replace both complete parts, not just the rolled if they are available. Patio door is 20+ years old.

These windows are over 20 years old and I am selling the condo to another buyer. I need the right part to replace the cracked shoe and it needs to be right on the first buy.

Looking for a window balancer that is stamped P 4450. Overall measurement is 45in x 5/8"x 9/16". These balancers came out of a school that has no info on the brand or model of windows. Any information would be great. Thanks
