Windsor Casement Window Part

I am trying to replace the part that the window opens on at the top of the window. It is a Windsor casement window, Pinnacle series, from 2003. I believe it is called a hinge part.

There are no visible markings on the coil. Builder grade windows from MI from 17+ years ago. I ordered 2 of your S161-10 parts but they dont work. Can you tell me the correct parts to order and if I can use some of what I have already purchased. Thank you

Help with window track

I need help with identifying which tracks I need for my window. Tracks i removed measure 39” long and have a “3940” stamped onto them. Unfortunately both plastic ends of tracks are completely broken off.

Hi, I need to replace a pair of coil balances/pivot shoes as shown in the pictures. spring is marked 730x. Window is a american craftsman silverline model 8500. 28x58" the pivot shoe has a handwritten "7" on the back side. The window sash weighs approximately 11 pounds. Please advise what part n ...
