I recently moved to New home but a key was not left for the patio sliding door lock. Can I purchase a key or do I have to replace the entire lock? If you can let me know replacement parts if available. Pictures attached. Thank you.

This is a picture of a functional casement window lock in the house. I have another casement window in the house where the lock is broken - with no obvious way to remove it. What lock is it? How do I replace it?

I hope you can help. I have two casement windows that are a part of a bay window. The cranks do not work.
