Hello! I would like to replace parts on my Pella double hung windows, circa 2003, "insulshield" I am looking for small 1/2 foam squares in the bottom of window (see photo). Metal channel length is 25 5/8 inches. Printed on the channel is "25 5". "RN" "SBI" and "T9" - at least that is what it looks like. I don't know the manufacturer and I believe they are about 17 years old. I need 2 of them.

windows were manufactured by B.F. Rich, Newark, DE circa 2010. double hung vinyl. Woodbridge was the model/style.

I ordered the Jalousie Operator Shown in the attached photo. It didn't come with the handle. I know need the handle that is stripped and will not turn the operator.

Gears slip as opening window and closing, the handle assembly gear seems ok, all I see on crank is stamped word Truth 30818. Right side is that all I need to replace crank assembly. Please not this is a right side crank needing replaced but the photo is left side crank
