Looking to replace broken channel balance

SGD-LC25-96x82 series 420 The plastic on the handle on the outside of door is cracking and we are concerned it might break off - it's a very heavy door. Part #30866 is the same but the old one doesn't have part #40394 that is the middle piece. It's longer than the old one. I have the pictures of the model and size that I take from the window frame. How can match size? Please help me! Thank you
