There is not a stamp on spring.

Don't know what the name of this part for the window is. It is a stop that holds window spring down. Please help! Thanks.

Two of my vinyl windows have what seems to be broken pivots. As you can see in one of my windows the metal keepers are just laying in the bottom of the side trough and the plastic housing which holds it is broken into pieces. Hello, I need to replace this channel balance but not exactly sure which one to pick. I think the S380 or S385 look right. The balance measures at 30" long, and the broken off hook looks like the 380/385. Thank you!

I have screen frames that are 1" X 5/16". Will the screen plunger pins 70-008 and 70-009 work on this width of screen frame?

Can SWISSCO 26-387 be installed on a PGT SH5500 with constant for balances? The top of balance's clip is 3.5 inches above closed sash. SWISSCO video shows 26-387 installed at height of 3 11/16. Attached Photo shows balance at bottom arrow and its attached clip at top arrow.
