Hi there. I have very old mastic windows and need to replace the window locks only. I've attached some pictures of the lock and the tilt latches to hopefully pinpoint what size I need. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thank you. Jenn

I have two double hung windows with the coil springs for balance in them. The springs have a "D" on them for identification. What size spring would you suggest is comparable for me to buy? Thank you for any help you could be in this matter.

I have Certainteed windows that were installed about 14 years ago and a few are in need of vent latch replacements. The existing vent latches are 3" long top to bottom. Please help identify this part whose string broke off as we were closing the window. I think it supports the window and enables the window to go up and down with support. I have the the nfrc adw-m-400 sliding door. The upper of the two locking hooks is broken . Can someone ping me in the right direction for a replacement. Is it under warranty being 2 years old ?just wondering . Thanks !!

Following your guides, I have 3/8" diameter 30" spiral window balances. They have no colored tip. But they are Series 400. And I weighed the window sash. They are running 17 lb. Should I get the red or the green tip replacements?

hi hope you can help me i replaced the pivot lock shoe and the window wont go up or down it wont move i locked the shoe like your supossed to i installed the window but when i put the window in place it wont move up or down help

Lock handle is broken

We must replace a broken pivot bar. I've attached two photos of an unbroken pivot bar. We don't see a name or part number on the pivot bar. Can you sell us a replacement part that matches the part in our photos? Thank you. Ed
