Looking for this pivot bar for a vinyl window. I believe they are Vinyl Therm windows. About 25 years old.

House was built in 2004. The metal channel length is 26-5/8". The stamp is 26 4 BSI. I need four replacement balances Also, do you have the window stop clip in the attached picture?

Our window latch is frozen in the locked position so the window will not tilt out. How can the latch be freed up to allow the window to tilt in?

Can't determine part number to order

3 spring balancer with 2 covers, not a single cover. The cover for the single spring has a '10' on it. The cover for the other 2 springs has a '2' on it. All 3 springs have '407' on them

Hello can you please help me identify my channel balance stamped is 2130 BSi LI and the metal is 22 inches long. The top and bottom ends are riveted.

The channel balance broke at the shoe or cam (not sure, I can't get to it without help to get the window pane out). Can I tell what size spiral balance I will need by the size of the window? For example, a 60 inch tilt out window will need watch size top and bottom spiral balance.

I have a house built in the 1980's. I need to replace the crank to the casement window. What do you recommend. Also 2 sliding glass door handles and locks need to be replaced. Thank you. Jill
