I have a non-tilt, milgard window & need to replace both balancers. The window weighs 30 lbs. The balancer is 1/2" wide & 33" long. The stamp on the front: 32 5 CX CMC 11

We have confirmed an issue with the crank on a monarch window as being the outside most gear as having small section of it stripped to wear when the crank is being operated it reaches a point where it slips and the gears are no longer locked together

Need to replace basically all of the metal components of this window. 8A0442HGSS was the replacement part number Milguard gave me for the hinge. HA6702SK or HA0013SK for the striker plate Would also be good to replace the crank handle assembly if available

Both coils are broken. I pulled one but it doesn't show the weight rating. I would like to replace the entire assembly on both sides (the windows were installed 25 years ago). Channel length is 19.5 or 19 and 7/8, not sure how exact you need. Stamped on the top is 19 9 and then "BSI". I need two of these balancers a left and a right.

Needing a replacement crank assembly for Crestline window. Short arm had numbers 20810 stamped and is 4 3/8" long. Long arm is 9 1/2" long with numbers 40754 stamped.
