Hello! We need help replacing these window balancers. The window is so tight that we're not able to remove the window itself. Marking photo attached, too.

I need to replace the loss and broken ones I already ordered the incorrect ones with the legs or locks to long.

We need the channel caps for the top of our window channel balances. You have already sent us the channels and they are fine. But we need the caps for the top of the channels. Can't remove the channels as they are stuck on both sides at the top of the window. Heard a loud noise like a springs being released. Tried to push channels back down into lower window but no luck.
