Greetings, I need assistance locating the correct window tilt latches for the attached double hung replacement window. I would also like to purchase 2 pivot bars for the same window. They were missing from the window therefore unable to take picture of them.

It's the part that attaches to spring to hold window up. We don't know the name of any of the parts.

This plastic pivot is at the bottom of our tilt-in windows at our church. The pivot slide up and down with the window function. Two connecting arms attach the upper part of the window to the frame. I have a client that has both older Kolbe and Norco in their home. I have attached pictures of the Kolbe hardware they would like to change the finish on. I found 38-208 & 39-375 part numbers. I have two window balancers from the same series. One is a 2740 and the other is a 1840. I can't seem to match the top shoe. There are no other markings other than the 2740 and 1840. Please help me identify. Thanks.

I would like to purchase two channel balances for my vinyl window. The number on the original balance is 2230 ef BSI .It is 23"s long 9/16" wide and 5/8" deep.
