Live by the ocean beach. Three springs in the lock failed. Replaced the lock with better parts. My wife just received 2 OBLTCV03. Lock with 2 keys each. Take problem is not with the lock. I have an older Sunspace sun room with slide opening window. I need the locking latches on each side of the windows, the old ones are frozen in place and I can't seem to find them anywhere..The model I have does not have the spring type holder as the newer models have..They were installed before 198 ... I am looking for 10 sets of sash balances (10 left in 10 right if different) approximately 70s vintage. They are a string and spring construction that rides in the vinyl sash guides. I am looking to find replacement latches for a Viking window. The significant issue is the depth of the receiver. It is very narrow. Also, the latch mechanism is different than anything I am finding in stores. I had the windows installed in 2001.

Looking to replace a few window cranks - can't even close the windows all the way!?. I am enclosing pics of my hardware and hoping this will be my last stop in my search for new cranks! Deb

I was informed by SWISCCO nearly initially that I needed the S380-29 sash channel balance that's fitted with a 19-005 top and 15-005 bottom. I re-meshed my screens, and dropped one while I was reinstalling it. Lucky me it broke at the corner. I used a micrometer and these things appear to be 11.8 mm tall and 5.1 mm thick. I was able to get a broken one out of the window. Maybe I will get lucky and you will have these parts. ... (cont.)
