The black piece on the right side is split in two. It's supposed to hold an arm in place while it slides on the track. Can i finf the black plastic piece by itself or do I need the whole track? Hey guys, I have to replace multiple window guides. I have attached several photos hopefully they will be sufficient. Looks like the metal channel measures 27". Your help in making sure I order the right ones will be greatly appreciated! Thank you, Josh

Hope you can identify the part I need with these photos. The metal channel is 20" long 1/2" wide. Thanks for the assistMark

The house is 25 years old--as are the windows and screens. I wasn't able to determine the manufacturer of the large sliding windows. There are no part numbers on the screen rollers, the side just has "pat pend". I've included front and back photos, plus other shots of the screen roller showing ... (cont.)

The metal channel is marked 28F.

Hi, I have 2 Anderson windows that do not crank properly. Please let me know the correct part numbers for replacement. One window is on the left side and the other on the right.

From Aluminum windows that are very lightweight Plastic piece is white I have been unable to find white ones. Will red work? Can the red be charged to work on a "white" weight window? I get 25 inches long but not sure if 3/8 or 5/8. Seem to be in between

I have a broken latch on my sliding window - American Craftsman by Ply Gem.

50 series American Craftsman. I could use the entire double pane glass but cant find it. Size24 3/8 by 27 1/16. If sash is not available, I can use the vinyl glazing as shown in photo.Glass being contained is 21 1/2 by 23 5/8.Allan

Can I just buy the string and restring them as both are just broken strings? Stamped 7 2 GU CMC 2 the metal part is 24cm in length. Currently one is snapped the other super frayed.
