Hello. I am working on my condo and only 1 balance is left in all the windows and it appears to be broken on 1 end so I haven't been able to identify it. Rod itself is 30 inches with #2920 on it. Began Spring clean of windows. Issue on two so far. Noticed cracked parts for Tilt in and slide up/down. Windows are original to home (new constrcution) built in 1995.I included pics of part + window sticker on possible make/model and sizeWould you have the needed part as pictured?Michael ... (cont.)

Any idea what part number the attached photo may be? I believe they are Andersen windows. Need both left and right.

I have Jeld Wen windows in the home (constructed in 2013). The rotating mechanism for opening and closing controlled by a lever (rotating handle) is not working. It opens but does not close properly. Can I buy this mechanism and replace it?
