Good morning I think I've narrowed my window channel balance to a 395-29, enclosed to the photo of my channel balance can you help me identify the option I believe it's a 2830 thanks

I'm replacing the window balances in my PGT single hung windows, which I received from you this morning. I noticed the top corner plastic pieces have uv damage and I believe these prevent the balances from rising up to the top of the window. Hoping you sell these corner pieces?

What can I replace this with? I'm looking for something with a better quality. I'm not happy with the adjustments on this one. I was looking at 84-011 and 84-026, but not sure of the quality. Any suggestions?
