noted difficulty with new spring S152-5 being only 1/2" wide and small for the certeented roller. It worked by pressing roller into spring with bench vice. Since this balancer is no longer made which product would you suggest?

The balance has a stamp of 3635, and the bottom fitting is 7/8".

Hi, My home has K&K Wood with exterior aluminum clad, double hung windows. I cannot seem to find rollers that match my current rollers exactly. The measurements of my current rollers are identical to the 81-030 rollover on your site, except the wheel diameter is 1 1/8 inch as opposed to 1 1/4 inch. I need to replace the window balance channels. From the label, the model number is 2740 with a 28 inches aluminum channel length. Based on the photos, the closet one I found is S395-28 with option 2740. Would you please confirm the item for me based on the photos I uploaded? Thanks! ... (cont.)

Our windows don't swing left or right. They open straight out. The truth operator looks more like an awning opener.
