Hi, need to know if you carry or can order this sash guides need 4 of them.

I have a 10 year old Windsor window the customer wants to change out the handles and covers. Do you have these types?

I just received an order from you (39-375) which was too small. Do you have a slightly larger size? I need a crank that is 3.5 inches long and 3/4 in thick. The post it fits is 5/16 on an inch

I didn't see these on your webpage. They are 3" long, 1/4" wide and 1/8" thick. Screw holes are 3/4" apart. Also what info do you need to get the correct coiled springs? Thanks, Dale

Need replacements

Need new coil spring flange. And bushing W/roller. Photo 0069 is old broken flange W/roller - Photo 0070 is how it should look. There is a "B" stamped on the out facing side of the flange if that is off assistance. THX U

Do you have these small sheetmetal (aluminum) keepers? They fit into the aluminum screen frame and rotate into a slot in the window frame. Alternately do you have a small white screen keeper that could work. Thank you.
