HI! Need help identifying! 20 year old fleetwood product

Hello, Searching for replacement channel balances for these original balances.

markings found 1032 BSL NG channel 9/16" 32" long top one of the metal bars broke off, the picture only shows one, but you can see the bent whole where the other bar was located.

Windows plastic parts are old and brittle making raising and lowering difficult. Want to rebuild the windows. Have 10 windows with 4 panes per window. The plastic geodes are what makes sliding difficult.

Only identifier on old balance is: B.S.I. 23C need one for each side of window

Greetings! The 39-376 window crank I purchased will not work. See attached. Our Simonton window requires a crank that can accept a 5/16" spline. The one purchased is for a 1/4" spline.
