Looking to identify the mortise lock in the photos to replace in a sliding glass door. I think the part is: Stainless Steel Mortise Lock, Round Face Product Code: 82-243 Also, do you have the black plastic cap for the locking handle. I have anoth door missing that. Thanks

I need new channel balances to replace 20 year old units. The balances are marked 34 9 AR Caldwell. with the end guides they are 36 inches in length. The window units are hurricane resistant and are heavy.

Trying to locate replacement parts for a non tilt spiral balance. It is 29.5" long. It does not have clips, just the raised circle part on the end of the balance which slides into a notch/slot in the window. Any help is much appreciated.

Part # 26-001 looks similar, but not sure.The one I have is one that is located on the top of the window sash... not on the face, as some others I've seen. Photos have been posted...The measurements of my part are as follows:Length 1 1/2"Width 7/8"Tabs on bottom 3/8" length

This part is a small plastic clip that holds the metal prong attached to the string inside of the window balance. I didn't see this part available anywhere on your store site.

will this work in 40-049 Complete Mortise Lockset?

I need to replace 18 channel balances, non-tilt, 11" , sash weight 16 lbs, appear to be 385 series. in your catalogue, the 385-11 seems to have a max wight of 12 lbs. I enclose photos and a photo of the stamp which seems to read: CSxxx-9 JA5 CMC. Please advise.
