Can't seem to remove assembly but did get roller off. Can I order replacement rollers? If not, which assembly and how do I get it out? I have already removed screwLynn

The plastic wheel assembly has broken from the corner frame.

Patio doors very old about 40 years old there are no markings or numbers on the old roller parts.

Broken balancer - parts shows 2940 on it.

The metal tube of the balance is 22 inch long, the plastic on the end of the tube looks white and the tube appears to be 6/16.

I recently purchased a 39-232 roto crank folding handle to replace a broken one. I have lost the pin which connects the handle to the window's turning mechanism, and I can't find the pin as a separate part number. Where can I find a replacement pin? Thanks!

Hello, Does anyone know if the 'Multi-Point Mortise Lock with Pocket Plate, 12"' would fit the model sl 2700 door? My lock recently broke and it's a multi-Point lock, but I'm not sure of the manufacturer or the name of it.

I need to repair my door lock. Your 82-268 and 82-238 look very close to what I need. See pics. I broke it down as far as I can. I'm not even sure how it comes out. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.
