I have a Pella 150 series door, will this 82-092 work on the handle that comes with the door? It appears to have a keylock punch out and the right screw holes. If not, is there a handle I could buy for Pella 150 that'd work with the 82-092?

Can't seem to find this part anywhere. I believe all of my hurricane windows have this same channel balance. They are only 6 years old. One has had the inside chord break. Stamped part number 1717R I need two of these and one left. The only difference in the picture is mine only has one screw hole on the top.

I discovered that these windows will fall inward every time I they're opened. From the looks of it, these don't appear to be an easy or straight forward replacement. A part number or diagram would be very helpful. Thank you!

These latches are attached to vinyl windows. The locking mechanism is attached by two screws 2 5/8 inches apart. The locking receiver is held by two screws 1 inch apart.
