I have Simonton windows in my home. There is this piece that is used to stop the window from being open all the way up. If you push the button once it partially goes in and then you can open the he window up further. The piece was not pushed in, someone tried to open the window to hard and it broke ... (cont.)

I'm am looking for balancing parts

Marking on windows say: 34 5 KW CMC 11 Length of metal: 35" Width of metal: 0.5" We need for 6 windows, both sides. Total = 12 window channel balances. The windows say "PGT" on them. They are non-tilt windows. Thank you for your help.

You can raise and lower these thresholds up and down with the screws. But now the screws are now starting to strip through the wood and you can't adjust the wood threshold.can these be replaced? The wood strip with the screw adjuster's Thank you Tom

Good morning, I have to replace 56 window balance for a customer. I could find stamp on every balance 28A and 28B, I am about to order the S380-29 29" Series 380 Channel Balance, do you think it's correct? The window that cause me issues is one where there is no stamp, its a 51.5"x31" single hung, ... (cont.)

Replacement for this? I bought 15-177 but the top is not angled so the anchoring screw is exposed and would ride up the track if I could even get it in there. Please let me know.

I am looking for the lift mechanism, locking pivot, pivot pin (looks like a straight pin with 2 screws up through the bottom of the window.
